Our client is a french industrial and consumer goods worldwide leader, with a 6 Billion USD financial TO.
The international Financial Controller are the group wordwide business partners.

Travels : yes (25 %)
Package : 90/110 K€ depending on the profile + car
For specific profiles, more experimented and with a huge experience of emerging markets, the package can be extended.

In a 8 people team, your main responsibilities are :

As a business advisor and key contact between the HQ and the subsidiaries, your main responsibilities are :
- Challenge and help the subsidiaries and business units to reach the performance goals and to lead the performance optimization projects,
- Analyse, on a monthly basis, the performance with the management team of the country,
- Schedule the different business meeting (forecast, steering committee…) between countries and the group management team. Write and follow the roadmap of the country.

As the financial expert, advise the local financial teams on several issues like reporting, forecast, ROI studies, organization, IT, internal control, tax and legzal…

As a seasoned manager, lead or follow major operational projects : post M&A integration, new co, industrial or supply chain optimization…

Main Tasks

Follow the countries forecasted results versus real,
- Monthly analysis of the financial performance, and discuss it with the country management team and the group financial direction,
- Propose optimization opportunities,
- Participate to the performance evaluation of subsidiaries general management and financial controller,
- Summarize the business meeting discussion and decision, road map, action plans…
- Coordinate the forecast process, check and challenge financial and business hypothesis

Help Countries and subsidiaries as advisor and expert in finance, administration and management fields
- Deal with or coordinate any administrative or financial issue/project,
- Participate to the countries financial team management (people performance reviews, recruitment, formation),
- Participate to tax and treasury optimization,

Participate to the optimization of group financial processes and guarantee them,
- Participate to the reporting content & form,
- Ensure the respect of Group compliance rules,
- Identify local best practices and make them global if possible,
- Participate to IT processes as far as the finance and administrative fields are concerned
- Coordinate and follow the reporting and forecast processes.

Own or participate to different group projects as
- M&A integration,
- Green field plant, subsidiary or supply chain center,
- …

Profile
With a 7 to 10 years of experience in audit or/and finance/management control/FP&A, you :

- have an excellent educational background,
- have one or several international experiences,
- idealy have a deep knowledge of emerging countries like China, Brazil, India, Russia.

Your english is fluent and used on on daily basis, you speak another language like spanish or russian, chinese... French would be a plus but is not mandatory.
